Local restaurants stepped up with gift cards, our community joined our raffle, and together we raised $24,700 to fight food insecurity. Wellesley Rotary is using these funds to support veterans, college students, and neighbors in need. This is the spirit of Rotary — service rooted in compassion, partnership, and the belief that everyone deserves a seat at the table.

Wellesley, MA — The Wellesley Rotary Club is proud to announce the tremendous success of its 5th Annual Dinner On Us Fundraiser, which raised $24,700 to help fight food insecurity among veterans, college students, and local residents in need.

The fundraiser, supported by generous donors and beloved local restaurants, invited community members to purchase chances to win gift cards to top dining spots throughout Wellesley. But beyond the prizes, the heart of the event was its mission: ensuring that no neighbor goes hungry.

Food insecurity continues to be a growing concern across Massachusetts. Many veterans struggle to access consistent meals, and college students — often balancing classes, jobs, and rising living costs — face hunger at alarming rates. Local families, too, are feeling the strain. The funds raised through Dinner On Us will directly support programs that provide groceries, meals, and emergency food assistance to these vulnerable groups.

This event proves what we already know: when Wellesley comes together, we make big things happen. Every donation, every share, every local business that stepped up — it all adds up to real, lasting impact.

The Wellesley Rotary Club extends deep gratitude to the restaurants who partnered with this initiative and to every donor who contributed. This year’s success reflects the community’s shared belief in compassion, dignity, and the power of helping neighbors in need.

With $24,700 raised, the Rotary Club will continue its work to ensure that veterans, students, and families in our community have access to nutritious food and the stability they deserve.

Together, Wellesley is feeding hope — one meal at a time.
