Great News, District Grant Warning
By Ralph Hammond
Thank you to all who attended the Foundation Forum and Dinner on November 4 in Boxborough. Because you attended that event, please be certain that we give your club the next-year Required Training credit to participate in the 2016-2017 Grant Program. Those who did presentations and contributed to the table discussions did an outstanding job. You all do certainly make me proud to be a Rotarian. I hope you all are as proud as well. Thank you! Thank you very much!

Great News
Three Rotary clubs are now above the $125 goal: Bedford, Billerica and Milford.
Four clubs are now at the 100-percent EREY (every Rotarian, every year) level: Brookfields, Billerica, Charles River, and Tyngsboro/Dunstable.

District Grant Warning
Keep in mind that in just 22 days, after November 30 - if funding remains in the District Grant Account, all the extra cash would go to all clubs - priority status, or not - and also to clubs requesting additional funding for a second District Grant project. This extra cash would be offered on a lottery basis at the end of the day on November 30. So far, three clubs have queued up for that extra cash. Only 10 slots remain.
