Peace Academy Discussion: Module 1

Join us for a "book club" discussion of Rotary's Peace Academy online course.

Rotary's mission is to promote peace and conflict resolution through education, dialogue, and practical action. Peace is more than the absence of violence — it's about creating the conditions for a better, more just world. You too can be a PeaceBuilder in your corner of the world.

You can access the free on-line Rotary Positive Peace Academy Program at this link. To encourage more Rotarians to try the Positive Peace Academy program, the MA Rotary Workgroup on Peace & Conflict Resolution has scheduled virtual sessions to discuss different modules in the Rotary Positive Peace Academy free online program.

Just like a book group —where you read a book and then come together to talk about it—we'll review a module on our own, then gather to discuss it and to identify personal and collective actions for peacebuilding as Rotarians.

Our first sessions will focus on Peace Academy Module I. In preparation for the discussion, please review Module 1 (about 10 minutes).
