D7910 requires Clubs to have at least on member, preferably two, to participate in Grant Management Training to be eligible for participation in Foundation Grants which include District and Global Grants.

This training is required to be provided by D7910 in compliance with its memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Rotary Foundation. The Clubs in D7910 in turn are required to sign an MOU with the District to be qualified for participation in Foundation Grants.

D7910 also has a third qualification requirement for participation in Foundation Grants - per capita contribution to all the Foundation funds of $100 in the preceding Rotary year (2015-16).

As of Oct 31, 2016, eleven clubs that have met the per capita Foundation contribution criterion, have not had at least one member participate in the two Grant Management Training sessions conducted in April and May 2016.

This Training sessions allows an opportunity for these eleven clubs - Acton-Boxborough, Charles River, Fitchburg East, Franklin, Groton Pepperell, Littleton, Merrimack Valley, Newton, Southborough, Westford and Westwood to get qualified for participation in Foundation Grants during 2016-17.

Only, Newton among these eleven clubs has submitted its signed MOU. The other ten clubs must submit their signed MOUs to complete their qualification.

NOTE: Participants will order and pay for their dinner from the limited menu offered for the event.
