7:30 - 8:00: Arrival, unstructured networking, seat selection and food selection; 

8:00 - 8:05: Welcome, Introduction to Rotary, Contact info Exchange (Alignable)

8:05 - 8:10: Breakfast Service (self-pay, separate checks).

8:10 - 8:20: 30-Second escalator pitches / introductions, pause for additional breakfast service if needed

8:20 - 8:25: Small Group Topic and Instructions: Ken Erdelt

• What inspires you about the work you do?
• How do you convey to your clients the level of enthusiasm for working with them?
• (Each table to select a "Table Captain" to present result)

8:25 - 8:45: Small Group Discussions

• (Wait staff distribute checks) 

8:45 - 8:55: Small Group Discussion Summary

• Table Captain- Presents 1-2 Valuable points of interest (90 seconds / table)
• Key take-aways that are valuable for everyone 

8:55 - 9:00: Discussion, wrap-up. Meeting ends.
