Come to the District 7910 Holiday Cocktail Party at Concord’s Colonial Inn Sunday evening, Dec. 10, 2017 from 5:30 – 9:30 p.m.
Along with your best smile, bring a donation for Operation American Soldier, an organization whose motto is “Let no one walk away from mail call empty handed” -- a goal important to the morale of all armed service personnel.
You will learn more about Operation American Soldier at the party. And you’ll meet Rotarians from other clubs, have a chance to swap ideas and explore partnering on vital projects. Troubadour John Fitzsimmons will serenade the crowd with his entertaining banter.
There will be awards and the anointing of District Governor Nominee Designate Diana Nestorova. Check out the accompanying invitation, select something from the list to donate to a service person, invite a friend, and get ready to spread the joy of the season at Dist. 7910’s Holiday Party. The Rotary Club of the Brookfields is a small Rotary club located in a rural area of central Massachusetts. In May of 2017 we had 10 members and now we have 15 members and expect to add several more by year’s end.
We were a club made up of a majority of members 70 and older. Having lost many due to health reasons we knew it was more than an urgency to get new members in order to survive. We needed more capable people to continue all the projects we do in the communities we serve.
