For the past 4-5 years, District 7890 has invited our students from District 7910 to join their exchange students for a wonderful ski weekend. District 7890 is made up of 60 Rotary Clubs located in northern Connecticut and western Massachusetts.Four of our District's students (2 inbound and 2 outbounds for next year) were able to participate in the fun ski weekend at Butternut Ski Resort. The kids were treated to free lessons, rental and lift tickets on Saturday and Sunday, compliments of Butternut. On Saturday evening, the local Rotary clubs hosted a potluck dinner (photo was taken at the dinner). On Saturday night one of the local Rotarians donated his barn/apartment for the kids to use to stay overnight. It's a wonderful weekend for the kids and everyone has a great time.
