Every Rotary year brings moments where we roll up our sleeves in service—and moments where we come together to guide the future of our district. One of those important moments is right around the corner.
The Annual Business Meeting of Rotary District 7910 and the District Charity Fund (DCF) Annual Meeting will take place at the 2026 Joint District Conference on:
Saturday, May 16, 2026
1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Island Inn, Martha’s Vineyard (Oak Bluffs)
Registration Link (select Saturday only if only coming for the day)
This is more than just a meeting—it’s where the business of Rotary meets the heart of Rotary.
During this session, we will:
- Review the State of the District
- Receive key financial updates and reports
- Hear updates from district leadership and committees
- Conduct official district business, including any necessary votes
In early May, club delegates will receive important financial documents, including:
- The 2025 Annual Meeting Minutes
- District financials for the 2024–2025 Rotary year
- A year-to-date financial update for the current Rotary year
Why This Matters
Every club has a voice—and that voice is exercised through your voting delegate(s).
Each club is asked to designate one active member in good standing to serve as its voting delegate for the meeting. These delegates play a critical role in shaping decisions that impact our district today and into the future.
This is Rotary in action—not just in service projects, but in leadership, stewardship, and shared responsibility.
A Call to Every Club
I strongly encourage every club to:
- Designate your voting delegate(s) in advance by submitting THIS FORM by May 10th
- Ensure representation at the meeting on May 16th
- Be part of the conversation that shapes District 7910
When we talk about Unite for Good, this is exactly what it looks like—coming together, informed and engaged, to move our district forward.
And let’s be honest… there’s something pretty special about doing important Rotary business while surrounded by the energy, collaboration, and yes—island vibes—of Martha’s Vineyard.
Let’s show up. Let’s engage. And let’s continue building a district we’re proud to be part of.
Because strong clubs build a strong district—and strong districts change the world.
