There are Rotary events… and then there are experiences you carry with you long after the weekend ends.

This May, Districts 7910 and 7950 invite you—and your family—to something truly special. Set against the beauty and tranquility of Martha’s Vineyard, the 2026 Joint District Conference is more than a gathering—it’s a celebration of impact, connection, and what lies ahead.

Theme: Turning Collaboration into Celebration
This is our opportunity to recognize the incredible work accomplished across both districts this Rotary year—and to set the stage for our future as we continue building stronger connections together.

Why You Should Be There

This isn’t your typical conference—and that’s exactly the point.

Set during the Vineyard’s “shoulder season,” you’ll enjoy fewer crowds, peaceful surroundings, and a truly special atmosphere. Whether you come for a day or the full weekend, you’ll experience:

  • Meaningful recognition of the impact we’ve made this year
  • Fellowship with Rotarians, families, Rotaractors, and friends
  • A relaxed, island-style experience that blends purpose with enjoyment
  • Opportunities to network, recharge, and celebrate together

The Vineyard itself reflects something powerful—calmness, strength, and changing tides—a reminder of what Rotary brings to our lives and communities.

Dress the Part: Island Style

In keeping with the spirit of Martha’s Vineyard, we encourage a relaxed beach or island-themed attire throughout the conference. Think comfortable, coastal, and casual—Rotary T-Shirts, polos, linen shirts, sundresses, and your best island vibes are all welcome.

If you’re planning to dress up, the Saturday evening dinner and presentations will be the perfect occasion to elevate your look—but even then, feel free to keep it fun and true to the island setting.

More Than a Conference

  • ✔️ Rotaractors and Interactors are welcome
  • ✔️ Built-in free time to explore the island
  • ✔️ Optional service project aligned with Rotary’s Epic Day of Service (details coming soon)
  • ✔️ Walkable local spots like Noman’s for food, drinks, and live music
