Rotary Super District 6400 has been working to create a Rotary Youth Leadership Awards event that is self-sustaining - essentially, run by Rotaractors and Interactors. Super District 6400 is a group for Rotarians connected to Rotary District 6400, which serves the southwest part of Ontario, Canada and the southeast part of Michigan.
They've made much headway thanks to Rotarians George McMullen and
James Karolyi and, especially, Rotaractor Kyle Waligora.

The presenter is Michael Angelo Caruso (shown), who teaches leaders and salespeople how to be better presenters, and is a communication consultant to companies and organizations around world.This is good content for anyone who gives presentations. Being able to provide professional development is Rotary's secret weapon for attracting young people.
