Rain barrels conserve water, reduce storm runoff to lakes and streams, and control moisture levels near your home foundation. The Rotary Club of Framingham will hold a drawing on April 7 at their meeting and will then contact the winners. Pick up on April 12 will be required. In addition there will be a contest where judges will pick the best painted barrels. The team of students who win will receive $500. to donate to an environmental charity of their choice.
