The monthly Rotary At Work session is set for Tuesday, February 2 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. via Zoom. The free session, which is open to both Rotarians and non-Rotarians, is a program of the Rotary Means Business Fellowship.
The February 2 session will turn the January's Economic Forum Brainstorming session into action regarding jobs, business growth, and mentoring. To register, click here.Agenda
- 6:50 p.m.: Meeting opens (meet, greet and grab a “seat”)
- 7:00-7:10 p.m.: Overview with District Governor Diana Nestorova and Rotary Means Business Chair Roy Balfour
- 7:10-7:45 pm: Participate in the Breakout Group of your interest:
- Jobs and careers: Facilitated by Ken Masson and Tracy Gagnon.
- Growth for businesses: Facilitated by Roy Balfour and John Marchiony.
- Mentoring to provide educational and professional help: Facilitated by Ken Erdelt.
- Each Breakout Group will discuss the following:
- Action priority and plans: Who? How? When?
- What would a successful effort look like (success matrix)?
- Plan implementation of next steps
- 7:45-8:00 p.m.: Each Breakout Group facilitator will summarize action plans and next steps.
- 8:00 p.m.: Meeting closes
