It was a busy morning at the Westford RotaryJunk in the Trunk & More Free event at the Abbot Elementary School Parking lot in Westford on Saturday May 6, 2023!The Wish Project had a truck to take furniture, kitchen items, Baby items and clothes, and more.
The New England Textile Recycling had a truck to take the items including Textiles and stained/torn clothes, that were not taken by the public and the Wish Project. They get the items they collect to correct organizations.

This was the largest number of cars/ participants (2 1/2 rows) about 30+ cars that setup to give out free items since the start of this event a few years ago. It is growing each year. People had fun finding new and gently used items to take home, dropping off items to be recycled by others. Thanks to everyone for keeping so many great items from the trash and help save our earth.
There was also a free plant exchange table including the Free Rotary veggie/flower seeds. The veggie and flower seeds were donated through the Westford Rotary/Walmart Donation program.
