The Rotary Club of Southborough held it’s first ever Oktoberfest event on Oct. 19, 2025  at the Gazebo in downtown Southborough. It was a fun-filled afternoon of German-inspired eats, live music, &  community spirit, all while helping the local Southborough Food Pantry. Club members were easily spotted in Oktoberfest finery, directing people to parking & vendors. Pantry Food items were collected at the event and the club also collected just over $600 in cash for the pantry as well. Everyone enjoyed the seasonal Oktoberfest beers, Bratwurst, Frankfurters, Apple Strudel donuts and Apple Cider.

Live Music was provided by the Simmer Down band, and the Patriot’s game was on big screen TV on site too! Something for everyone on a beautiful fall day.  Shout out to 7910 District Governor Johnny Ahern who dropped in to support the event as well as past 7910 District Governor Elliott Rittenberg. The Club is already planning for next year!
