Can you help out for about 1.5 hours at the RYLA Parent/Family Reception (just before the Closing Ceremony)? We need some folks to help set up (no heavy lifting), direct parents to their club tables, and do minor cleanup afterwards. 

Set up will be around 2 pm, the event starts at 2:30ish, and it's over by 3:30, so cleanup should be done by 3:45 pm - in time for the Closing Ceremony!
