On Saturday, May 20, 2023, 12,000 Rotarians from 450 clubs across five states will be doing a wide variety of local service projects in their communities.
We are just weeks away from our Rotary Day of Service on May 20th, 2023! We have received projects for 32 of our 49 clubs and we would love to see the rest doing a project as large or small as you could handle on May 20th. To submit a project, please complete this simple Google form. We have created project tiles for those that submitted early and are continually adding more for the projects submitted after the deadline. See this Google Drive folder to use the project tile graphics.

Banners: Banners were created for all clubs and distributed at the Three-District Conference last weekend. The remaining 22 banners will be brought to District Assembly in Marlborough on May 6th. Please have a representative from your club attend the District Assembly and pick up your banner.
Toolkits (Press Release/Graphics): We have some helpful information on our shared Google Drive to help you advertise your projects with your local news outlets. Please use these when talking to newspapers, news stations and radio. We are trying to make a big impact across our districts about the projects we are undertaking.
Social Media: Please start talking about your projects, tag us on Facebook, Instagram, etc. We have also be making posts on the District social media pages (Facebook & Instagram) and tagging the clubs as well. What you should do: Please share social media posts, and add a comment. Adding our Project Hashtags will increase visibility and make posts easier to find. Use #RotaryDoS2023, #GetBehindtheWheel, #ServiceAboveSelf, #Service, #Rotary, #rotarydistrict7910, #DoS7910
Pictures/Video: We would LOVE to see your clubs! If you have pictures that you you took in preparation of DoS, or during the actual project on May 20th, please send them to us! You can submit them through this link.
Background Information: This multi-state collaborative is planning some powerful publicity - television, radio, billboards, and social media - to advertise every local project and encourage members of the community to join in the fun and rewarding feelings of doing good together.
We are excited to participate in this regional event! We hope this additional publicity will help to raise the visibility of the good works that your Rotary club has been doing in your community - and will encourage other community members to join in the fun.
