The Rotary Club of Worcester held its annual Casino Night fundraiser on Saturday evening June 2nd at the Tatnuck Country Club in Worcester.

The evening’s events included a silent auction and many games of chance from the usual Blackjack and Texas Hold Em Poker to wine bottle ring toss and a 50/50 raffle. The New England Patriot’s 2017 Vince Lombardi Superbowl trophy was on display for photo opportunities.

All proceeds will be invested in the Worcester community by funding new scoreboards at two of Worcester’s sports fields and a donation will also be made to Worcester Vocational Technical High School to fund building materials and supplies for their project to build picnic tables and park benches to update Worcester parks.

Founded in 1912, the Rotary Club of Worcester is the 6th oldest Rotary Club in the world. Its membership includes approximately 80 men and women from public and private sectors of the Worcester community. The Club meets every Thursday at Noon at the Grill on the Hill located at the Green Hill Golf Course in Green Hill Park. The public is welcome.
