Question -- How was the meal packing event in Bedford last Saturday?
Answer - It was awesome. We overshot our fundraising goal of $17,000 and actually raised $17,974. We actually packaged 61,776 meals bringing our six year total to 370,872 meals.
We had representatives from Burlington Breakfast club, Burlington Lunch club (both District 7930 clubs + their interact clubs too), the Billerica club, Concord club, and 37 members of the Bedford club. All 270 volunteer slots were filled two weeks ago and all slots were filled in both sessions Saturday.
