The Rotary Club of World Disability Advocacy is a tapestry of voices, cultures, and bold global missions. Among its remarkable members is Ireland’s Denise White, the visionary who founded an orchestra composed of extraordinary neurodiverse musicians. Through this work, the organization invites people everywhere to step into a movement that is reshaping what inclusion, creativity, and possibility look like around the world.
Conductology is the portmanteau of conducting and ology- essentially the science of conducting. It is the world first, universal and scientifically proven gesture system for use in real-time music making for people with, and without, additional needs. The process allows the participants to progress a plethora of skills while the product is of high quality. Conductology can be used in any type of music environment and NO music knowledge or experience is necessary.
The Team of Master Conductologists are on a mission to have Conductology orchestras in every corner of the globe. These Conductology Orchestras will then form the International Conductology Orchestra (ICO) and will be a beacon of light, change and inclusive equality and a powerful statement that every human being has unlimited creative potential.
They are currently seeking individuals willing to be trained as Master Conductologists in various parts of the world. This training would be in kind and a Letter of Engagement would be drawn up between Conductology and the individual/Organisation.

About the Founder
Dr Denise White. has dedicated her life to teaching children, young people, and adults with additional needs. Her uncle Dessie had Down Syndrome and inspired her at the age of 15 when she recognized the powerful impact music had on his emotional state, self-worth, and purpose. She promised him many years ago that she would work tirelessly to discover an innovation that would bring this marginalized group to a level playing field with others. After many years of teaching, researching, data gathering, and analysis, Conductology was born.
