The next Metro Boston Rotary Peace Academy is Thursday March 5, 5-6 pm EST on zoom. Register to attend.
The session will involve a discussion of Module 3: "The World Today"", of the free, online course (Rotary Positive Peace Academy). This module, the meat of the course, - ranges from the Global Peace Index (GPI measures individual countries' peacefulness or lack thereof) to a discussion of UN efforts to prevent terrorism in Mozambique.
The session will feature Dan Noel Odaba, PhD, a Kenyan Rotary Peace Fellow and Peace Activator for the Institute for Economics and Peace. Dr. Odaba has extensive experience in peacebuilding in East Africa(from Kenya to Ethiopia) and around the world.
