Rotary District 7910 is partnering with the Liberty, NY Rotary Club and Rotary District 7000 (Puerto Rico) to conduct a hurricane relief drive that will help victims of Hurricane Maria in Moca, Puerto Rico, a municipality on the northwest corner of the island, one of the hardest hit areas of the storm.
Funds raised will be used for:
Emergency Shelter and Reconstruction Supplies
Flu and Tetanus and Typhus Vaccinations
Moca Rotary Club Toy Drive for children
Flu and Tetanus and Typhus Vaccinations
Moca Rotary Club Toy Drive for children
Rotary District 7910 has contributed $25,000 and is asking all Rotary Clubs, Rotaract and Interact Clubs in the District as well as the public to donate. Clubs have donated just over $11,000 toward a total project goal of $50,000 by March 31st.
100% of all funds raised will be donated to the Moca Rotary Club to purchase and distribute supplies to those families in need.
