The Rotary Club of Newton, in partnership with the West Suburban YMCA's Growing for Good Annual Campaign, is hosting Monster Smash, a Halloween-themed pickleball tournament on Friday, October 30, 2026, from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. at the West Suburban YMCA, 135 Wells Ave, Newton. Players of all levels are welcome and can register by QR code, choosing their skill level and signing up with or without a partner.
Participants are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite ghoul and bring treats. Those who can't play can still contribute through a separate donation QR code. The $50 donation supports the Y's summer camp, where more than 80 campers received financial assistance at Camp Wells in summer 2026. All proceeds help keep camp rates affordable and fund scholarships through the Y's financial aid program.
