Marcia Sharpe, Board Director of the Framingham Rotary Club, had the privilege of visiting the island of Jamaica, where she joined the Rotary Club of North St. Catherine, Jamaica W.I. During her visit, she actively participated in several impactful community initiatives, including a Read-A-Thon, where she engaged with young students to promote literacy and a love for reading. She also took part in Community Treats for the elderly and children, bringing joy and support to some of the most vulnerable members of the community.Additionally, Marcia Sharpe contributed to a Back-to-School Treat, helping to provide essential school supplies and encouragement to students as they prepared for the new academic year. Through these initiatives, Marcia demonstrated her commitment to service and the core values of Rotary International—fostering goodwill, education, and community development.
