Marshmallows for Scholarships at the Lowell Festival of Lights
As it has for many years, the Lowell Rotary sold marshmallows and provided a charcoal fire for roasting. Our Marshmallow man was present for pictures with the kids and parents. This was part of the City of Lowell Festival of Lights and Parade.
