On 29 November, during the Lowell annual Festival of Lights, the Lowell Rotary will be selling marshmallows for toasting to raise money for our annual scholarships.
Come and see the City Hall lights go on and the Rotary Marshmallow Man entertaining the kids while they toast their marshmallow.
