The next monthly Open Doors With DG Diana is set for Wednesday, March 3 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. via Zoom. The focus will be on Youth and Rotary.
Explore these great opportunities open for Rotarians who work with and mentor our youth leaders:

  1. Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA): This in an intensive leadership experience organized by Rotary clubs and districts, where youth develop skills as a leader while having fun and making connections.

  2. Rotary Youth Exchange program (ESSEX): Incoming and/or outgoing students ages 15 to 19 are sponsored by Rotary clubs, to spend a school year in one of 100 countries, either learning or perfecting a new language, discovering another culture, and becoming truly global citizens

  3. Rotary Global Grant Scholarship (formerly the Ambassadorial Scholarship): This funds either graduate-level coursework or research for one to four academic years.

  4. Rotary Peace Fellowship: This is for leaders with work experience in peace and development

  5. Morley Endowed Grant Scholarship: This was established by a generous bequest from a Rotarian and his wife, David and Eleanor Morley, for the sole use of Rotary District 7910. It is managed by The Rotary Foundation Permanent Fund in cooperation with District 7910's Rotary Foundation Scholarship Subcommittee. The window of application of two months will be followed by an interview, and the announcement of one qualified candidate.

  6. Rotaract Clubs: These bring together people ages 18 and older, to exchange ideas with leaders in the community, develop leadership and professional skills, and have fun through service.

  7. Interact Clubs: These are Rotary-sponsored high school service clubs.

  8. Earlyact Clubs: These are Rotary-sponsored elementary school service clubs.
Come feel the energy and hear the inspirational stories, of our young partners, who either are currently serving or have previously served in these activities.
