Membership recruitment, engagement and retention isn’t something that happens on its own. It happens when clubs develop a membership strategy.
 
One component of a membership strategy is to determine how a club can be more attractive to potential new members. Rotary International has given clubs the freedom, within the formal categories of membership, to create their own membership types in order to make Rotary membership accessible to more people.
 
This webinar will look at developing a membership strategy and will focus most specifically on the place of alternative membership categories in making your club more accessible.
