Blackstone Rotarians Go Old School to Raise Funds and Visibility
Rotarians Lyn Daley, Julie Blair, Ron Faccenda, and Sue Peghiny rolled out the gold tablecloths, brochures, collection boxes, banners, and swag to talk to folks outside of Shaws in Northbridge about the upcoming food packing event, all the other good stuff Blackstone Valley Rotary does, and to ask for donations.
It was a cold but profitable and really interesting day - they talked with some really nice people and raised awareness of the club and they even got a few membership leads. Overall a worthwhile experience!
