Tom served twice as Framingham president, most recently as co-president with Dick Manelis for the 2018-2019 year. Tom was a past chair of the District Membership Committee, and wrote stimulating articles for the District Newsletter. A decade ago, he was selected to be district governor elect but had to withdraw due to a kidney ailment. As a Framingham member, he was dedicated to building up the Education Fund so that more scholarships could be given out. He was also the spirit behind several projects providing clothing and/or food for needy families.
