In recognition of the International Day of Peace (September 21), the Brookline Rotary Club invites you to a powerful and timely program explorig the personal cost of conflict:
Bearing Witness: A Day in the Life, in a War Zone.

- Suheir Freitekh, Rotary Peace Fellow, Resident of Ramallah, Palestine

Program: 3:30-5 pm
This event is organized by the Rotary Workgroup for Peace & Conflict Resolution, with members from Brookline, Needham, Fitchburg, Cambridge, and World Disability Advocacy Rotary clubs.
This event will elevate voices of individuals impacted by war. In keeping with Rotary's peacebuilding mission, the program will not include political advocacy or policy debate, but instead will provide space for personal reflections on trauma, loss, and resilience.
