All applications for district recognition awards are due April 15, and the awards will be presented the evening of May 2 at the District Conference in Salem.
Please complete the application form, and send it to both Laura Spear at laura@spear.net and Peggy Sheldon at peggy@albrodeur.com.
As a reminder, the application is based on this year’s Rotary Citation, and is a streamlined Word document. We are not using the Club Planning spreadsheet that was used in the past few years.
Breaking news: District 7910 has reinstated the Unsung Hero Award for 2019-2020! This award will recognize Rotarians who often provide service behind the scenes, expecting neither praise nor recognition for what they consider is the right thing to do. Accomplishments for the Rotary Citation, Rotary’s highest recognition, are due by June 30. To download the Rotary Citations summary sheet, click here.
Many of the criteria are in Club Central, available from My Rotary on rotary.org. Simply click on Goal Center in the left column, and then on the Rotary Citation tab. Rotary can automatically verify other club achievements as long as you keep your club and member information up-to-date in My Rotary. (Note: If you have a ClubRunner account, it would synchronize with My Rotary for membership information.)
