Top 3 Highest Per Capita Annual Giving
This award is for the three clubs that gave the most per capita to The Rotary Foundation's Annual Fund (requires a minimum of $50 per capita)

Every Rotarian, Every Year Clubs This award is for the club that achieves a minimum Annual Fund contribution of $100 per capita during the Rotary year, and every dues-paying member must personally contribute at least $25 to the Annual Fund during the year.  |
100% Foundation Giving Clubs This award is for clubs that achieved an average of $100 in per capita giving and 100-percent participation, with every dues-paying member contributing at least $25 to any or all of the following during the Rotary year: Annual Fund, PolioPlus Fund, approved Global Grants, and/or Endowment Fund.  |
End Polio Now - Countdown to History Campaign Certificate of Appreciation This award is for clubs that contributed at least $1,500 to Rotary's polio-eradication efforts.  |
