Rotary International (RI) Semi-Annual Dues
Invoices for January 2026 were emailed by RI on January 15, 2026, at a rate of $41.00 per member.
District 7910 Semi-Annual Dues
These invoices are typically emailed to the following club officers: Treasurer, President, Secretary, Executive Secretary and President Elect.
If your club did not receive invoices from both Rotary International (RI) and District 7910, please contact us immediately and we will resend copies.
Dues Billing Policy
• Billing is based on the number of active members certified in ClubRunner as of June 30 and December 31 each year.
• Invoices are sent only to the club officers currently listed in ClubRunner.
• Important: Ensure all current club leaders are accurately entered in ClubRunner, so they receive dues notifications.
At the NEPELS meeting last March, the President-Elects reviewed District Governor Johnny Ahern’s proposed budget and approved the current district dues at $60 per active member per year.
• The January 2026 semi-annual invoice reflects $30 per active member.
• Honorary members are not charged dues. Clubs are expected to apply the Four-Way Test and accurately classify members—only genuine Honorary members should be listed as such.
These district funds are used responsibly to cover essential expenses, including travel, conferences, and training, across the three-year term: District Governor Nominee (DGN), District Governor Elect (DGE), and District Governor (DG).
