DESCRIPTION:Join us on Wednesday\, April 21 at 6:30 pm for an hour or so as
  Open Doors with DG Diana focuses on "Membership - Emerging from the Pan
 demic”.  The discussion will feature a panel including representatives 
 from our clubs\, Rotary International\, and special guest moderator\, Dr. 
 Bill Wittich.  Bill is the author of a number of books on leadership\, mo
 tivation and nonprofit management\, including “Stop Recruiting / Start 
 Attracting – A Book About Change and Membership in Rotary Clubs” and "
 Energize your Rotary Club”.  Bill also hosts a Facebook page on Rotary 
 Membership. Our panel discussion will address issues confronting all of ou
 r clubs\, including: What did we learn from COVID as Rotarians? How did th
 e pandemic change our clubs? How did the past year change the way that we 
 engage our membership? What strategies for membership attraction & retenti
 on make sense today? How do we see our transition after COVID?  This sessi
 on kicks off a critical conversation that will lead to some of the most 
 important strategies and actions necessary for our District and clubs to 
 thrive in 2021 and 2022.   In view of its impact\, this meeting incorpora
 tes District Assembly - Membership training.  We urge any member who was 
 planning to attend the Assembly Membership training to join us.  This is 
 your opportunity to learn and to help influence our action plans moving fo
 rward.
