What Can you expect at Summit?
A world class venue, the Omni Mount Washington Hotel at Bretton Woods is a true White Mountains treasure in one of the most beautiful settings in the country. Oozing with charm, the hotel offers luxurious comfort, numerous amenities such as two golf courses and a spa plus spectacular mountain views.

A lineup of fantastic speakers is scheduled for the weekend, including Rotary International President, Ian Riseley. This is your chance to meet Ian and his equally amazing wife, Juliet. There’s also inspirational speaker and former BU hockey player Travis Roy, literacy champion Shirley-Pat Chamberlain, and educator and hero Razia Jan. Each has a story to share with you about how one person truly can make a difference.

Educational workshops will give you new ideas on everything from Rotary’s fight to end Polio to leadership tips and hints to the work of one district’s task force battling the opioid crisis. Panelists include Dr. John Modlin from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Former Governor of Vermont, Jim Douglas, Former Governor of Massachusetts, Jane Swift, and Police Chief Robert MacKenzie, Kennebunk PD. Participate in roundtable discussions on current Rotary topics including member retention and service project ideas.

Networking with Rotarians from around New England and Quebec gives you the opportunity to launch new partnerships and exchange ideas. Join with another club’s project, share a best practice, meet a new friend in Rotary. Rotarians help each other and collectively help others.

Participation in a food packing service project with Rise Against Hunger. Rotarians and their families plus Youth Exchange, Interact and Rotaract students from 5 districts will work together to pack 40,000 meals!

Lots of FUN is guaranteed with an endless array of indoor and outdoor activities included with this summit! Entertainment nightly, Shelterbox Village, House of Friendship and more, more, more!
