Does your club have a project focused on reducing the use of plastics, reusing items (like a clothing swap) or repairing items (maybe a repair cafe)? Then the you could be eligible for a grant from the State of up to $10,000!
The MassDEP Reduce, Reuse, Repair Micro-Grant program provides grants of up to $10,000 non-profit organizations and others for short-term waste reduction projects. To qualify, projects must focus on reducing waste generation and prolonging the lifespan of products via donation, rescue, reuse and/or repair in Massachusetts. Composting and recycling projects are not eligible for this grant.
 
Spring applications are due May 15th and fall applications on November 15th. So if you don't have a project now, maybe start planning one for the fall/winter!
